Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and lived within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she now lives at Los Angeles. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997, she received an undergraduate diploma in fine arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She received her Master of Fine Arts in 2001 from Rutgers University. Anders dated Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until the year 2015. They met on filming of Joey the show that ended in a sitcom. Sean Anders directed her in the film "Sex Drive" and "Never Been Thawed". Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. She also appeared as Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. Also, she appeared in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. Anders is also a part of Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender, and New World Rhapsody. In the month of May, 2007 Anders started as a character in her first Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1, 2007. The character she played was Jeannie the accountant. Anders first TV appearance was in a Dannon advertisement that ran around the mid-90s. Then she appeared on TV again around the year the year 2006. Anders' most famous role is Nicole Allen, a former husband of a professional footballer, as in The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). She was on each episode of both shows, and neither show was re-run. Anders made guest appearances on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. She was featured on HBO in three episodes as Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. In 2004, she also was on the show in the role of Heather in The Stepford Wives in 2004 and Brandy as Brandy, on Sex Drive in 2008. Anders was also seen on Numb3rs, which aired in 2008. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled TV pilots. Spellbound, News To Me. Anders most recently was cast as Better Off Ted by Victor Fresco, an ABC workplace comedy shot on a single cam.
