Lis Wiehl was born on August 19th, 1962. She was previously a Fox News legal analyst.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She's also provided legal comments on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual, and National Public Radio. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File alongside Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs Tonight. the Imus morning programs, and hosts The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She has a qualification in law from Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literary Studies from University of Queensland (1985) as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl served as a US attorney. She worked as a NPR legal reporter. She was "the the deputy chief of investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 until 2001, she served as a tenured professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in which she was the director of the Trial Advocacy Program. Between 2001 and 2017, Wiehl worked as a legal analyst for Fox News.
